After the sling machine completes the tool loading, it is not enough to confirm the accuracy of the equipment. What really affects the shear quality is the operation accuracy of the whole shearing system in the tool loading state. Therefore, necessary tests and records must be carried out before trial cutting.

1. The outer circle of the round knife jumps in a radial direction
The outer circle jump directly affects the actual overlap of the upper and lower knives. If there is a deflection, the amount of overlap will change during the rotation process, resulting in unstable shear pressure, which in turn affects the burr control and cross-section quality.

2. Axial beating of the end surface of the round knife
The end surface jump will change the dynamic gap between the upper and lower knives. Gap fluctuations are easy to cause local squeezing or excessive gap, which affects the shearing effect and accelerates the wear of the tool.

3. The outer circle of the rubber ring jumps
The accuracy of the rubber ring is related to whether the plate is uniformly pressurised. If the outer circle is eccentric, it will lead to the imbalance of the pressure material, affecting the operating stability and the quality of the edge of the strip.

The magnetic metre is usually used for dynamic detection with a percentage metre or a thousand metre.
The data before and after the installation of the knife should be recorded and archived for later comparative analysis and problem tracing.
