This product is a grease hydraulic nut developed by combining the performance and characteristics of domestic and foreign products. It is easy to use and durable, suitable for occasions where long-term pressure maintenance is required. Such as: locking of rollers, disc shears, etc. For specific parameters, please contact us.

This manual applies to hydraulic nuts pressurized by Allen Key

1. How Hydraulic Nuts Work
The hydraulic nut is a device that locks the workpiece on the equipment. It replaces the previous form of mechanical nut locking. It is easy to use, has a large pressing force, and is safe and reliable. The pressure ring is pressed against the workpiece to be pressed under the action of high-pressure oil, so that an opposite force is generated between the nut body and the workpiece, and the workpiece is firmly locked while eliminating the thread gap.

2. The composition of hydraulic nut

3. The operation process of hydraulic nut

Installation

1.    The pressure ring is installed in place.
2.    Before installation, loosen the 2 (or 3) pressurizing plungers.
3.   Screw the hydraulic nut into the threaded shaft. The pressure ring is on the side of the workpiece to be pressed, and the pressure ring and the workpiece to be pressed should be pressed as tightly as possible, and the pressure ring should be completely returned to the bottom of the cylinder.
4.   Slowly screw in the 2 (or 3) pressure plungers respectively. Pay attention to the scale of the indicator pin. Once the blue scale line is visible, the pressure is in place. When the inner hexagonal Allen key is difficult to turn, the pressurization process is over and the installation is completed.

Installation Notes:
※    During screwing in the pressurized plunger, when the red scale line of the indicator pin is slightly exposed, please do not pressurize any more, so as to avoid damage to the sealing component and cause the hydraulic nut to fail to work properly.
※    If there is no grease in the hydraulic nut oil chamber, screwing in the pressurized plunger, the pressure ring cannot be pushed out, and the hydraulic nut cannot work normally.

Unloading

When it is necessary to remove the hydraulic nut, use the Allen key to loosen the 2 (or 3) pressurized plungers slowly. After the pressure between the pressure ring and the pressed workpiece is eliminated, tighten the hydraulic nut to force the pressure ring to return to the bottom of the oil cylinder, and finally unscrew the hydraulic nut to successfully complete the unloading work.

Precautions
●There must be a flat contact between the pressure ring and the workpiece, otherwise the pressure ring will be damaged under high pressure.
●Grease must be clean and free of impurities.
●The maximum range of the pressure ring is 2 mm, beyond which the pressure ring will fall off.
