Our company's high-precision tool machining center has been in operation for the 5th anniversary. The center is equipped with 3 lapping machines, which can process circular knives with a diameter of 420 mm. The thickness tolerance of the processed knife can reach ± 0.001 mm, and the parallelism and flatness are 0.002 mm, which can effectively control the accumulated error and greatly improve the quality of the strip edge.
